- To control migraine its really very important to do yoga, exercises or walking with a buddy. You’ll improve your overall fitness as you catch up with friends.
- Take a break from your office work stress and give some time to yourself. Avoid continuous work, and One of my personal favorites is must to get sleep of 8-9 hours daily.
- Cool down your aching head by swimming and walking and set your daily one hour to relax yourself by meditation.
- Don’t eat one type of food continuously, just change your diet. Another is just simply add grapes and apples in your daily diet.
- When your head hurts, get acupuncture and apply gentle pressure to the painful areas of your head and if possible sleep.
- In summer place an ice pack at the back of your neck and in winter a hot water bottle may be more effective to relief migraine pain.
- To relief pain massage your head for 15-20 min with ghee and take Vitamin B2 daily but in a small amount.
- For best results the patient should be given a mix juice of carrot and spinach at every evening.
