HOME REMEDIES,DIET CHART,AND SECRETS TIPS FOR GET FAIR SKIN AT HOME

Fair skin play a major role to enhance the beauty as well as it is considered a symbol the beauty and due to this now a days there are number of treatments done either natural or artificial to keep skin white. For those who are keen on having beautiful and glowing fair skin there are many natural ways to get fair skin. Here are some simple home remedies for skin whitening that you can do to lighten the skin tone and get a lighter complexion. However, they must be done regularly and best results are obtained if they are applied as a part of daily routine.

  • Mix 1 tablespoon of milk powder, 1 tablespoon  of honey, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and half tablespoon of almond oil. Mix it well then apply that mixture on face and wash it off after 10-15 minutes. This will helps to bring shine to the skin and also removes tan.
  • Dried orange peels mixed with curd then apply on face and wash off this mixture with cold water after 15 minutes. It will help to reduce blemishes and scars.
  • Apply a mixture of fresh tomato with 2-3 drops of lime juice on the face. Leave it for 20 minutes before washing off. Do this twice a day for 15-20 days for shiny and fair skin.
  • Soak an almonds then grind into a fine paste using milk. Apply on face and leave it overnight. Wash with cold water in the morning. Follow this to 15 days regular for natural fair skin.
  • Applying turmeric powder along with lime juice to the face and wash it off with cold water after 10-15 minutes. It removes the tan and make your complexion fair.
  • Mix oatmeal with curd and tomato juice and apply on the face. Keep it on for 20 minutes and then wash it off with cold water. It helps to remove the tan and lightens the skin.
  • A mixture of yogurt and orange is also known to help lighten your skin.
  • Make a mixture of tomato juice, cucumber juice, sandalwood powder and lemon juice.then apply this onto the face and wash off this after 10 minutes. It is known to be good for the skin and can lighten it.
  • Ground mint leaves, applied as a paste is known as one of the excellent remedies for skin lightening and is known to reduce the effect of tanning.
  • Pour a cup of baking soda into a bowl and add enough water to make a paste. Rub the mixture on to the face then wash it off after 15 minutes. It helps to lighten the skin and make your skin fair.
  • Use a mixture of white vinegar with a equal amount of water in it and apply this mixture and rinse it off after 10 minutes. Repeat several times in a week until the skin has lightened.
  • Grind mint leaves and apply the paste to your skin. Leave it on for 20 minutes and rinse it off. It will helps to make your skin fair , shiny and less tanned.
  • Aloe Vera, apple cider vinegar, buttermilk, castor oil, dandelion sap are some natural home remedies to cure skin tan and lighten complexion.
  • Apply a mashed ripe papaya on face. It is very effective in getting rid of any blemishes and  give the skin an even tone.
  • Make a paste of sugar and lemon juice then apply it. Remain this to 20 minutes then rinse it off. It results as a good fair complexion.

PERFECT DIET FOR GLOWING SKIN COMPLEXION

  • There are certain foods that could be included in one’s daily diet and are known to be excellent in achieving glowing skin complexion.
  • Diet which include avocados with vitamin E. It will help you to make your skin fair.
  • Diet having foods are berries such as blueberries, strawberries, blackberries  as these foods are known to produce collagen which is required to keep the skin supple and smooth.
  • Green tea is also considered to be one of the glowing skin foods as it is rich in catechist which are an antioxidant that slow down the aging process and also fights viruses.

  • Apply fresh butter of cow’s milk on the face and the hands. Keep it for 6-8 hours before washing with glycerin soap to get fair skin.
  • Avoid excessive consumption of heavy and oily foods.
  • Drink at least 4-5 liters of water every day. Water washes out the toxins from the body.
